Greymont Partners UK provides business consulting, digital strategy, marketing and branding support, and operational optimisation services. All services are advisory in nature. The firm does not provide regulated financial services, investment advice, or intermediation of any kind.
Every engagement is governed by a written statement of work agreed between Greymont Partners UK and the client. The statement of work sets out deliverables, timelines, fees and any specific contractual terms.
Fees are invoiced directly to the client and settled through standard banking channels. Greymont Partners UK does not hold client funds, deposits or monies of any kind.
Deliverables produced within an engagement are licensed to the client for internal use, subject to the terms of the specific statement of work. Underlying methodologies, frameworks and know-how remain the property of Greymont Partners UK.
We treat all information shared during an engagement as confidential and only disclose it where required by law or with the client's written consent.
Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client under that engagement, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. Greymont Partners UK does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from its services.
These terms and any engagement with Greymont Partners UK are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
